Is It Necessary to Include PF and ESIC Numbers on Contract Workers' ID Cards?

I want to know if it is mandatory to write the ESIC number and PF number of each contract worker on the back of their ID card.

It is a good labor practice to mention the Back Provident Fund & ESI number of contract employees. This can resolve a lot of labor disputes and is beneficial for the employees.

Hello Promod,

It is not mandatory to write PF or ESI number on a contract employee ID card. However, it is a good practice to do so as it facilitates and helps the contract employee in many ways.
