PF & ESIC No. On The ID Card Of Contract Workers

Want to know that is it mandatory to write ESIC no. and PF No. of each contract workers on the back of their ID card????

It is a good labour practice to mentioned on the Back Provident Fund & ESI number of contract employee.
It resolve lot of labour dispute & as well as in the benefit of employee.

Hello Promod,
It is not mandatory to write PF or ESI Number on Contract employee ID Card.
But it is a good practice if you do so, as it facilitates and helps the contract employee in many ways.
