Hi, I had to design a process for the "Employee of the Quarter Reward." We are an IT company with 50 employees. We have different teams such as Java, PHP, Delphi, .NET, and Marketing. Therefore, I need a proper process to evaluate employees on a monthly basis.
We plan to award Rs 5000/- to the winner. Some criteria that come to mind include performance, meeting deadlines, revenue generation, and interpersonal relations. However, I require a comprehensive process for this, as my management does not want to follow the same appraisal process used by supervisors for yearly appraisals involving form filling.
