How Do You Assess Attitude in Interviews? Seeking Effective Aptitude Tests for Scoring

pranaypurohit
I have been interviewing candidates regularly, but somehow attitude is the most important part of a candidate to be examined.

Can anyone help me with some good aptitude tests with scoring.

Are you looking for “Aptitude” or “Attitude” tests??? There is a difference in both of these.
Attitude is if what you are looking for, you should pose questions in a way where the true nature of the candidate will be exposed. As long as I am aware there are no tests to check the attitude of an individual.

Well, I got your question, but the thing is that to my knowledge, there are no tests or points for the attitude test. Attitude develops from an individual or from the environment in which they are brought up. However, when it comes to aptitude tests, we can conduct other tests or interviews. :)

When I talk of attitude, there can be some situational tests to measure the reaction of a particular candidate or individual. Is there any guidance for situational tests? I know they may depend on specific jobs and industries, but there are some common scenarios for judging individuals.

What about psychometric tests? There are some tests available that will assess an individual's truthfulness of response to a particular question when asked in a different way.

Moreover, you can also explore some of the psychological tests conducted for the SSB (Service Selection Board) during selections for IMA.

Hope this helps.
