Minimum Wages Update: How Do These Changes Affect Your State?

One more observation on this sheet is as follows: Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh have the same wage for all three categories, whereas in Punjab, it is in reverse order, i.e., unskilled workers receive more, and skilled workers receive less than unskilled workers. Is this correct?

Thanks. Your observation is absolutely correct. For Punjab, please consider the following figures:

Skilled: 4128
Semi-skilled: 3744
Unskilled: 3398

For Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, the wages are the same. However, you can check it with paycheck.in.
