The file is in RAR format. You have to download a small software (like WinZip) to extract this file. This software is available for free along with any software magazines or you can download it from the internet.

Rahul has done us a favor by sharing what he has. However, if we ask him to forward this individually to all of us, it would be a headache for him, which may deter him from sharing anything in the future. The same situation would apply to others who are happily sharing what they find with all of us.

This is a very helpful book, truly a bible. It seems from the replies, though, that many members are having a problem opening the file, probably because most users do not know about the WinRAR utility that one needs to open this file type. It is a wonderful book. Thanks for the post. I wonder why users don't use the right-click and choose "save file as" option. You can download most of the attachments in CHR using this method. Please use it.

This file can be opened by using the WinRAR application; it is similar to WinZip. You can easily download it from download.com. I don't have a PDF format for this file.
