I dont have proper guidence for doing my project. I need proper guidence to do my project. I like to do "Performance Apprisal" or "Stress Management" project

Are you doing a distance learning course? If not, do you not have a tutor guide in your institution? Where are you doing your course? Have you access to any organisation to do primary research?
