Dear Aarti and Lenin, where are you pursuing your degree and in what mode? Please refrain from requesting finished dissertations or questionnaires on this forum. Instead of seeking a questionnaire, kindly explore CiteHr where some projects are attached. Conduct a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). Additionally, establish a conceptual framework and determine the hypotheses you wish to test.
If you have not completed the essential preparations for conducting a project, I recommend doing so before posing a specific question. Please refer to
https://www.citehr.com/324807-project-report.html to see how individuals who make an attempt are assisted.
Also, refer to my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at
https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at [link outdated-removed]. Additionally, view my post at [link no longer exists - removed].
I am uncertain if you have reviewed any literature on questionnaire design. If not, search for questionnaire design guidelines on Google. Also, refer to [link outdated-removed] where an MBA project is attached as an example.
A post by Prodcons also provides information on Research Methodology. Check out the post by naveeis4u at
https://www.citehr.com/179861-employ...ion-level.html to understand the type of background information that will aid in designing questionnaires.
Visit
https://www.citehr.com/301192-my-mba-project.html and follow Mary Christy's approach. Additionally, read and internalize the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr
https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html. Strive to become the marble statue rather than the tile.
Please read the post by Sayansayu on questionnaire or welfare measures - reg.
