I am working in an IT company as an HR Manager. According to the ESIC Act, how can an employee claim the benefits? What kind of benefits are available and how?
Can anyone tell me if an employee was under ESI before an increment, and after the increment, he is out of ESI? The increment is effective from April 2012. What will be the salary and arrears in the month of June?
Could someone please clarify how long an employee, who has been covered under ESI, is eligible for ESI treatment after resigning?
