What Are the Statutory Compliance Requirements for Our New Goa Branch?

We are an IT company. Our head office is in Pune. We have opened a branch in Goa. I would like to know the statutory compliances for Goa, i.e., PF/PT/ESI, etc. A response will be highly appreciated.

Greetings for the day!

1) There is no PT for Goa.
2) LWF:
- Employee contribution: 5 rupees a month.
- Employer's contribution: 15 rupees a month.

3) Regarding PF: You can keep it centralized or take a sub-code for the Goa Branch.

4) ESIC: You will have to apply for the sub-code at the Regional office in Panaji.
