New Developments in HR Department
Hello seniors, I am working for an MNC manufacturing organization. Beginning in 2009, due to the recession, there were not many HR activities in our company, and we were focusing on cost-cutting, etc. By the end of the year, I delivered a baby boy and was on maternity leave. I reported back to duty yesterday.
I am requesting seniors to guide, help, advise, or update me on developments or improvements that I could introduce in the HR department accordingly. I want to do something very interesting for our organization and employees.
