How Should an Employer Handle an Employee Breaching a Training Bond Agreement?

An organization had sent an employee for training in a foreign country who had signed a bond period for 3 years. However, after receiving such training at the organization's expense, the employee has left the services without any intimation. A legal notice for this breach and the recovery of liquidated damages is to be sent to the employee. Please send a draft of the legal notice to be issued by the employer.
