Can We Use Titles Like President and Chairman in Our Company's Org Chart? Seeking Guidance

Dear All,

Can anyone guide me on whether we can use the designations of President, Chairman, and Managing Director when creating an organizational chart? What is the highest designation typically given in a Limited Company?
I am currently working in an Edible Oil Limited company in Gujarat.

If the Chairman & MD is the head of the organization, you can start the org chart with CMD. It depends on the organizational reporting hierarchy in your organization.

What tool do you use to draw organization charts? Do you have an HRMS in your firm?
