can any one help me on this. i need a format in which there is this thing written that u ahve successfully completed 6 months of the probation period with us------------. if anyone has something of this kind then please feel free to forward it.

Myself Amit Seth from Ahmedabad working with an IT company. Find below the Format of Confirmation Letter which you are suppose to give your employees after completion of their probation period.

Consequent to the review of your performance during your probation, we have the pleasure in informing you that, your services are being confirmed as _____________________ with effect from _________________.

All the other terms and conditions as detailed in your appointment letter remain unchanged.

We look forward to your valuable contributions and wish you all the very best for a rewarding career with the organisation.

Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of acceptance of the same.

Dear Sunita,
In the send Format just put date in righmost corner and in the below put employee name in the right corner, and in the name write the name of the HEAD HR or what ever hierarchy it is, he will be from company side.
