Try the Search browser for items on “Motivation”, u may find past attachments and discussions on the same subject!!
As for you Neha, to get a reply you need to post your question as a new topic rather than adding it as a reply to the original post!!!

U can go for Competency Mapping, rest 3 topics are general. Y cant u select some other topic like Attrition or retention etc.,
