Engineer + MBA HR? Need Suggestions

hi,
i am an engineer i had 2 years experience in mnc i m interest in doing MBA especially in HR. i wrote mat i got good score,
while going for an college admiss interview they wil ask As electrical ENGG why u r chosing MBA iN HR.
Please give me a nice ans to say which should impress them and give admission to their college immediately.

i'm interested in pursuing early MBA is HR field soon after my engineering
is it beneficial?or a job experience is a must?
and are there any B-Schools in abroad which provide early MBA without experience?
