How To Maintain The Factory Act Register?

Can any one tell me the how to maintain the factories act register like bonus, adult workers register, leave register form B and form 15 register, form 17 health register and may more please help me. At the time of inspection which register will ask to show the inspector or the officer ,it's urgent.

You question on "HOW TO MAINTAIN REGISTERS" is not a valid one. As per the Act and State rule, you need to maintain the registers and Once you see the register, you will come to understand what are the columns to be filled.
When DCIF come, he will check the FORM 25 and Form 15 and Form 1, And Inspection register.
When the PF inspector visits us, he will ask PF related registers. When the ESI inspector comes, he used to chech the half yearly returns status and monthly contribution status as on date. Thats all..... Please try to update the registers on the mothly basis at least. Prepare a check list and stick it on you table.
