Feeling Stuck with a Distance MBA-HR: Does It Really Hold No Value in Job Searches?

I have completed MBA-HR from Sikkim Manipal University and am now searching for a job. However, I feel that there is no value in this degree because it was obtained through distance education. I have applied to many large organizations, but they all require a regular MBA degree. What can I do to upgrade myself? Does this degree hold no value? Please tell me the reality.

The question needs to be a little more clear and concise. You have never mentioned whether you have work experience, as you have mentioned that you have been doing this part-time. If you have experience, then in which industry were you working, and what was your designation?

Sir, I have work experience in a construction company for two years as an Assistant P&A Officer, but there is no work for HR personnel. I have done general accounting and administration work in the company.
