Aligning Driver Salaries with Industry Standards: What Should We Pay for Experience and Travel?

We are realigning all salaries in view of minimum wages. We would like to bring drivers' salaries in line with a mid-size company. We employ 11 drivers.

What are the salaries for drivers with 5-10 years, 10-15 years, and above?

What allowances are to be paid when they travel outside the city? We already provide summer/winter uniforms, insurance in addition to ESIC, and overtime.

Can I have your location details? Normally, the salary range for drivers with up to 10 years of experience would be between 4500 to 8000 Rupees, along with other perks.
