Dear Citehrians,

Please, let's not forget the "Marathon CEO" - SAP Labs who expired last year due to a lack of sleep. It's a natural process; let's not cheat nature's healing process. On the other hand, let's not sleep our life away.

I was frantically looking for an answer on how to sleep less and have more energy. In fact, I had consulted a couple of physicians as I seem to be feeling sleepy more often. I am otherwise medically fit, and the doctors used to laugh it away by saying, "people come here to complain of lack of sleep. You are lucky to get sleep." I shall definitely go through the PDF and let everyone know my experience.

Dear Murali,

Thank you for sharing a new concept that was misunderstood. This will awaken the working people who have the excuse of saying that due to lack of sleep, I am unable to concentrate on my work.

Respected Seniors,

Please clarify the following queries:

1) How far can an employee be continued after completion of his superannuation? Is there any limit for an extension?

2) During the period of extension, what about the PF contribution status?

3) Is he eligible for promotion and increments (when the salary structure is the same both before and after extension)?

Expecting your valuable guidance.

Dear All,

I do agree with Col. Jude. While your body needs adequate rest, a healthy body does not need more than six to seven hours of sleep. Yoga and Pranayama practitioners have proved that even four hours of sleep is good enough. However, fitness levels, irrespective of one's age, are a must.

Neeraj
