Are These Really Hobbies? Share Your Unique Interests Beyond the Usual List

Whenever I ask this question in an interview, "What are your interests or hobbies besides work?" the only replies I get are:

1. Music or Singing
2. Reading
3. Collecting Stamps
4. Dancing
5. Watching Cricket (mind you, not even playing)
6. Watching TV and Movies
7. Sleeping 😅
8. Cooking

Believe me... this is it, and I feel so dejected... what is up...

Music, dancing, listening to music is not a hobby... I think it's the easiest way to win over boredom and the most popular hobby. Reading is hygiene... if you're not reading, then shame on you. Wake up, guys. I would love to know your hobbies. Anything different from these is welcome.

Also, I would love to know how you spend time on them and how you take time out from your schedule for them.

I prefer cooking or gardening during my free time, and if I'm with my family, I enjoy watching snapshots to reminisce about old memories.

I feel a hobby is something that people really love to do, regardless of the consequences. However, nowadays, a hobby is generally seen as something people do in their free time only.

My hobby is enjoying nature's beauty, where we make ourselves more comfortable than necessary to experience a soothing feeling.

I have heaps of hobbies but my most favourite getting creative with my fingers; I do crafts. Mostly I love decorating the room so I make posters, wall hangers etc. for the room. Then I make greeting cards and the list goes on…………….
Time is a problem but I force my self to take time off from the schedule and relax so these things come in handy at those times!

This is a really nice topic you started. Well, I do have so many hobbies, but I don't have leisure time to do all of them. I love traveling, but as I am working, we don't get time to travel. :( After that, I love cooking. Yes, I cook new things and do experiments in cooking, generally on Sundays.

Photography is another hobby I love. I enjoy nature photography, so I do it whenever I get time.

i water them every morning....and i cleam the leaves every sunday

My hobby is to find out the new areas to explore my personality…. And learn and execute in that area….
I just give a thought every time.. that what is there new which I cant do like
Mountaineering… is one of my hobbies…. This was developed around 4 years back.....
Photography…. Which I started when I bought my own camera…
Current passion…. Swimming……I am enjoying it a lot by sparing 1 hr daily from my daily schedule ….
There are so many areas in which I want to jump in soon ….Its very true that taking time out for all this is very tough but i able to manage it
