Interview Questions for HR Roles

The questions will concern your work profile. If you have worked as an HR recruiter, the questions might include: What kind of profiles have you worked on? How is the process? What is the success rate? How is recruitment done, for example, through a portal or consultant, etc.? Is there any RPO process too? Just be confident, and whatever you do in your current organization, the same thing will be asked!

If you are working in core HR, the probable questions may be: What kind of policies have you implemented? What kind of processes will you follow in joining, exits, confirmations, terminations, etc.? What changes have you made in the HR processes and procedures? How will you handle grievances? Do you have any exposure to visa documentation? How do you maintain employee relations, etc.?

When answering, you should be confident and explain clearly using proper language.
