HR Interview Questions - Joining Formalities

Presently iam working as a HR Trainee for 3 months. My experience in this company is recruiting to the students those who want training in the Technical courses, Maintaining joining formalities & employee profiles. Now iam looking for another job for more oppurtunities. What will be the interview questions & Answers for IT Recruiter, HR Executive, internal HR. What type of questions can i expect. Please tell me in detail. And please respond me immediately.

The questions will be in concerns to your work profile. if you have worked as HR recruiter then the questions will be like- wht kind of profiles have you worked upon, howz the process, what is the recession rate and how is the recruitment done like through portal or consultant etc., is there any RPO process too etc.,
just be confident and whatever you do in your current organization that same thing will be asked!

If you are working in core HR then the probable questions may be : what kind of policies you have implemented, what kind of process you will follow in joining & exi, confirmations,terminations etc. what changes you made in the HR processes & procedures, How you will handle the greviances, do you have any exposure in visa documentation, how you maintain the employee relations ec..
while answering you should be confident should explain clearly with proper language.

as i do have an experience of 3 years in BPO as CSAand Sr .CSA also handled out the team in INBOUND and OUTBOUND Process
