What you require is a "requisition letter for transfer," not a transfer letter. You will find samples of the same on this site itself. You just need to search for it.

Can anybody send me the format of a transfer letter? I am currently working in a multinational bank, and I just want to transfer to another branch because I am facing various circumstances.
