Thank you very much for the effort put into developing the document you have provided, "Appointment Letter." However, I suggest you change it from an Appointment Letter to a Service Contract. An appointment letter is only one page and contains the following information:

• Confirmation of candidate's acceptance of offer
• Position name
• Department
• Candidate name
• Grade offered & Accepted
• Basic Salary & Allowances Agreed
• Total No of Annual Leave entitled
• Benefits of the Grade
• Contract start & End Date
• Attached Job Description
