Hi,

You can look at salary surveys conducted in all industries by various institutions such as Gallup and BT-Mercer.

I do have a Compensation & Benefit survey conducted by Gallup. I am attaching the same for your information. However, remember that it all depends on you and management on how they use or interpret the survey report and utilize it.
