Iso Formats

We are in the process of implementing ISO 9001 in a multimedia training cernter.Anybody having related formats pls share with me.

ISO 9001 is a certificate which is to be recognised by some agency. You need to take the help of your any localite agency so that they can suggest some Auditor. The internal auditor will guide you to maintain few standards as per your industry nature. I have formats for Hotel industry.
