Hi,

I was an employee in a Pharma company for 3 years. The Pharma company focuses on cleanliness and cGMP. For example, you can see employees wearing aprons and factory footwear that are not used outside of the factory premises. This is a good manufacturing practice where employees take utmost care of the medicine so that the product does not fail any tests when it is launched in the market. These tests include microbiological tests, etc.
