Pls require excel formula of Age & No. of service of Years of following dates.

DOB : 02.02.1977
DOJ : 08.09.1999

Put Data in cells as below
CELL: A | B | C | D |
1: DOB | DOJ | Age | Ser. years |
2: 22/02/1977 | 08/09/1999 |
Put in C2: =YEAR(NOW())-YEAR(A2)
Put in D2: =YEAR(NOW())-YEAR(B2)
It should show you 33 in C2 and 11 in D2

while using the formulae to get the age as whole numbers format the cells by number value decimal point "0".
