Need Help with Excel Formula to Calculate Age and Years of Service for Employees

Please provide the Excel formula for calculating the Age and Number of years of service based on the following dates:

Name: Rakesh Amin
DOB: 02.02.1977
DOJ: 08.09.1999

Put the data in cells as follows:

CELL: A | B | C | D |
1: DOB | DOJ | Age | Ser. years |
2: 22/02/1977 | 08/09/1999 |
Put in C2: =YEAR(NOW())-YEAR(A2)
Put in D2: =YEAR(NOW())-YEAR(B2)

It should show 33 in C2 and 11 in D2. HTH

Please find the attached sheet; it will be useful, I hope. When using the formula to calculate the age as whole numbers, format the cells by setting the number value decimal point to "0."
