Recovery Of Loan Amt. From An Ex Employee

Hi,
I am working in a Engg. co. as HR. One of our staff taken loan from the co. for some personal reason, still the amount is pending to repay & he left the job without notice. Now he is refusing to pay the outstanding, pls. send me a format of legal notice, which i wanted to send to him.

ref with your below mail, don't want to send the legal notice , you can claim the amount fm his/her final settlement in EFP, Gratuity

First send a demand letter by Regd Post AD and then you can go for the legal Notice.
