One of our staff has taken a loan from the company for some personal reasons, but the amount is still pending for repayment, and he left the job without notice. Now, he is refusing to pay the outstanding amount. Please send me a format of a legal notice that I can send to him.

Regarding your email below, I don't want to send a legal notice. You can claim the amount from his/her final settlement in EPF and Gratuity.
