Why MBA & Hr ?
Before i reply , all the best to you even i have completed my Masters of science in HR from ICFAI university, recently.
Today we are facing a global war with international brand names emerging in indian market. Knowledge of all sphers is important to understand the business interface running in the industry today. MBA (Masters of business Administration) has given me a better propectives to study the domestic & international market and further made me understood as to how complex problems can be solved by using a specfic skill set . This can be done by using the combination of both functional skills & behavioural skills which helps to create a win- win approach to any complex problem.
specific about HR - I guess HR is like a Indian mother who cares at the time of parturition. i.e right from attracting, retaining, motivating and developing. i'm people's person & like to understand the pyschology of individual & further provide training after understanding the core values of the organisation .
