Hris - Development - Xls Download

Hello Guys,
We have developed HRIS for one of the user with HRIS need... Its in EXCEL and does the basic job of tracking... as we have seen there are so many requirements here for HRIS we are planning to develop an excel based application but enabled aith macro (we hate tat macro msg)....
we need your help to formulate the requirement so that we can start development as per your requirement..
Also we are planning to add more analytics to that we can derive various MIS report which would tell diff story about the organization...( regarding strategy, payment, resource utilization, etc)... also KPIs could be developed..
We request you to post suggestions and reviews as we develop and share the HRIS with you all for FREE...

i am going to do my project in HRIS.
BUT I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA REGARDING THIS PROJECT .
THIS INFORMATION IS VERY USEFUL FOR ME.

I have just read this. I do not know if u have an HRIS version that tracks all HR functionality like leave, training, attendance and payroll.
Please avail me with it.
