That depends on the salary structure of the region, minimum wages fixed by the government from time to time for all categories, i.e., unskilled, skilled, semi-skilled, highly skilled, etc. No company can pay less than the minimum wages fixed by the state government of that region.
You are unnecessarily complicating a simple process by using words like techniques etc.
All over the world, simple and very basic technique used for calculation of salary is “arithmetic”.
Tools used for salary calculations are: Calculator, MS Excel, Customized Pay Roll Software, Readymade Pay Roll Software, SAP Payroll etc. etc.
