Can anyone tell me, what is the minimum amount an IT company should pay on a per-day basis for night shift?

That depends on the salary structure of the region, minimum wages fixed by the government from time to time for all categories, i.e., unskilled, skilled, semi-skilled, highly skilled, etc. No company can pay less than the minimum wages fixed by the state government of that region.

You are unnecessarily complicating a simple process by using words like techniques etc.

• All over the world, simple and very basic technique used for calculation of salary is “arithmetic”.
• Tools used for salary calculations are: Calculator, MS Excel, Customized Pay Roll Software, Readymade Pay Roll Software, SAP Payroll etc. etc.
