I am looking for some good suggestions on Employee Development programs. My company is a young, tech-savvy team that normally works under a lot of pressure. Looking forward to some great suggestions!!

Thank you for your response. However, my Key Result Area (KRA) includes the responsibility of developing all employee relations activities in-house. Therefore, I believe we may not be able to collaborate at this time.

As rightly suggested by Mr. Divekar, your employee development program should primarily concentrate on building an organizational climate that is positive, motivating, and highly energetic. This can be achieved by conducting staff training at regular intervals. Anyone who is adept in using 'adult learning principles' would be of great help. Behavioral change is a slow process and requires expert guidance. If handled properly, your investment in 'human capital' would definitely yield significant rewards.
