I posting Combined Challan for PF & ESI(pdf format of the document and Excel format of Combined challan for PF & ESI)

happy to see your posting. and i want to know also we submitt returns esi half yearly and PF monthly where we need seperate challan attached with form -5 and form 12A, than please advise how can it possible? and whos payable check SBI ESIC oR SBI EPF or both (mean two check)?

I also want to know how we can submit the cheque to sbi bank for combined challan. How many copies of challans to be submit -- quardrupliacte or double-quadrupliacte-- & how the challan to be attached with pf & esic return. Please clarify it.
