Leave Format - Doc Download [thread 242008]

Hi
I want format for Leave Record also, What are all leaves that is given to the employees other than Govt. leave.
Pls help.

Leaves are generally of the following catogery:
Casual Leave
Sick Leave
Privilage leave
Some organisations also have Maternity and Paternity leave.
The nos can be specified depending on the management of any organisation.
Some companies follow a pattern where a bulk no eg 40 days leave is allocated employee can choose to take any how.
Some firms have clarity as SL/ CL/ PL 7 leaves under each.
As per law maternity leave is 90 days and paternity is generally 7 working days.
