Hi there, I am doing a project on employee satisfaction titled "A Study on Employee Satisfaction Towards the Welfare of the Company." I am struggling to find any theoretical aspects related to employee satisfaction. Is there anyone who can assist me with some theoretical aspects and a questionnaire? I am an MBA student.
