Understanding PF and ESI Pension for a Family After a Tragic Loss in the Workplace

My query is related to PF and ESI pension for my brother-in-law's family (his wife and his kids). Recently, in a fire accident, my brother-in-law died. This happened in the factory. So, the company says his family will get a pension from PF and ESI. My query is: how much pension will the family receive? He has over 20 years of experience in the same company. He was receiving a salary of 7000/- per month. He has two kids below 15 years of age.

Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

In the above-cited case, the widow will receive Rs. 2051/- until her death or remarriage, and the two children will each receive Rs. 513/- until they reach the age of 25 years.

The above-mentioned amount is not towards insurance but family pension. It is the minimum for a salary of Rs. 6500 and above.
