Dear sir,
The clip is not opening in media player. Which programme is required to run the clip ?
Also please can you please share more motivational clips which can be used in our inhouse training session.

The video clips in my system are in vlc format. To download too, I think the VLC software has to be installed.

The video is in zip format.
You have to first unzip it through any unzip utility. Download and install free from PeaZip - Free file and archive manager - 7Z TAR RAR ZIP...
Then play the unzipped file in VLC media player. download and install free from VideoLAN - VLC: Free streaming and multimedia solutions for all OS!
You can view more motivational videos if you put the search string ' simple truths ' on youtube.
