We need the agreement format for HR Consultancy. The format is basically required for franchisee to franchise. We are franchise partner and this agreement will be used by us for getting franchise of the particular Placement company to work with them.

One of our employee has resigned to withdraw the PF but can we recruit him atleast for 3 months without PF & ESI?
If chances are there, please let us know what is the legality to recruit without PF & ESI etc., for 3 months.
Note : We need to recruit him on legally only.
