Wonderful presentation for proper project management understanding. I am also working in project management with nearly the same understanding. As per my understanding, we need to identify and continuously track each functional/departmental activity to meet the project targets. We should know the real picture of the project, and for that, we need to deep dive into each functional activity for proper understanding and resolving the real issues.

Thank you for this excellent PPT. In view of globalization efforts, I would have presented the definitions found in the PMBOK of the Project Management Institute, given that terminologies need to be common and understood throughout the world.
