Woderful presentation for proper project management understanding. I am also working in project management with nearly the same understanding. As per my understanding , we need to identify & continuosly track each functional/departmental activities for meeting the project targets. We should know the real picture of project & for that we need to deep dive in each functional activity for proper understanding & resolving the real issues.
