Dear Seniors,
I am working in an MNC and recently I applied for the position of Technical Head in the Government Sector (the advertisement was published in the local newspaper). I received an interview letter, and during the interview, they requested that I bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from my current employer. I explained to them that this is a part of the interview procedure and that if selected, the NOC would be submitted by my current employer as part of the relieving process. They agreed to provide the NOC, and now they are asking me to provide a letter of undertaking for the same. Therefore, I kindly request a draft for the letter and also seek clarification on the procedure. Should I submit it on plain paper, stamp paper, or should it be attested by a notary?
Regards,
Jagjeet
