Employee Engagement: What Fun Activities Can We Add Beyond Birthdays and Lunches?

I would like to know what employee engagement activities we can do. Birthday celebrations, team lunches, and festival celebrations are regular features. Please suggest more activities that we can incorporate.

You can arrange some motivational games for all employees that should be interesting. You can also distribute some prizes for the same.

Best slogan, on-the-spot R&R, movie passes, gift hampers, vouchers, funny quizzes, logical quizzes, best attendance (100%) certificates of appreciation, and lots of other stuff. I think this may help us, and believe me, it's true. I'm doing the same.
