Questionnaires For Talent Mapping....

I'm Soujanya....presently I'm doing a project on Talent Mapping in an IT company, so i wanted to know what type of questionnaires has to prepared for that....Please reply soon since I'm running short of time.....

If you are a student doing a project, you are supposed to do a literature survey. Have you done it? If so, have you prepared the aim and objectives of your study?
T he best way to find a questionnaire is to conduct a literature survey and then adapt one from what others have used.

But can please explain it indepth.. i wanted to know if Competency mapping and talent mapping is one and the same.....if not what is the diference between them...
