How Can I Efficiently Manage a Resume Database of 300-500 Candidates in Excel?

Can anyone tell me how to maintain a resume database of around 300-500 resumes, including all the details of the candidates along with their resumes, in one specific location such as an Excel sheet? Please help as this is very urgent.
