It is very simple. Put the candidate's name in the search box. If possible, add the phone number or location. I believe this much can easily help you to find the resume.

Hi,

There are different ways you can search for a candidate. Every portal has a different GUI for their search process. Ask your service provider (Jobsite) to provide training on the same. Let me know if you need any specific help on any of the portals.

Dear Krishna,

Do you mean to say that you are looking for a particular profile on a job portal? If yes, first of all, you need to have access to the database of any job portal. Then you need to mention any of the following details: previous organization, current organization, institute's name, keywords for his profile, location, and the industry he is working in. For this, you will have to go for the advanced search option. After providing these inputs, you will get all the resumes with those details, and you will be able to find that profile.
