Seeking Advice on DISC or PI Index for Better Recruitment in India: Any Recommendations?

Dear Colleagues, We are a growing organization and hiring aggressively currently. To standardize the process and achieve a better ratio of finding the right candidate for the right job, we wish to use a test that could preferably identify some behavioral traits.

We have a bit more inclination towards DISC or PI Index and somehow do not want to use MBTI/FIRO.

Please share your wisdom and advice on the contact details from where we can get detailed information about these tests in India.

Do you think candidates are going to fill in or select (if multiple choice) the actual answer? 95% of candidates fill in or select the best attribute to define their personality rather than answering it honestly.

Guys, if you want simple PLP and would like to know what is going on at work, please put the full form of your abbreviation. For example, Productivity Index (PI), etc.

Personality tests vary from situation to situation. If you want to use a behavioral or personality profiling test, it is important to determine what competencies you are looking to assess in the candidates. Based on the primary competencies, you can choose the appropriate tests. I still think the 16PF test is very crucial when combined with the assessment of the required competencies.
