Please let me know whether the employer can dismiss the General Manager without giving an explanation and hold the Full & Final Settlement for one year.

In spite of repeated reminders for the F & F Settlement by the employee (GM), the employer has not settled the dues for one year and is asking for the resignation of the General Manager so that the Notice period Salary can be saved. There is no response to settle the dues even when contacting the CEO.

Please help. What should be the course of action for settling the dues?
