If your objective is to "determine the leadership styles of the Human Resource Department in an organization and how HRD controls the entire organization," what is the point of posting the questionnaire on an international website and seeking responses? You should do that in an organization that you can gain access to.

Did you pilot your questionnaire to check whether your questions are clear? If not, I suggest that you do. As a retired academic, I could not understand some of your questions and the options that you have given for responses.
