Please, can somebody tell me the format for the experience certificate for a small family business? It is a small-scale hotel business in which I was helping my father. So please tell me the format to design an experience certificate for the same.

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to certify that Mr. Name, son of Father, holding NIC # employee # 01386, is currently working with MYZ Pvt Ltd. from July 14, 2008, till the present date, in the capacity of Assistant Department Manager.

During his current employment tenure, we have found him to be punctual, committed, and have a positive attitude towards his work. His performance during the employment has been excellent. He is a very hardworking, reliable, honest, and responsible person.
