Hi Ruchi,
Its not necessary to get the confirmation letter to join any other company. you will need your experience certificate. But as you are still on probation so your designation in experience certificate will be written as "Trainee". on the base of that certificate you can join any other co.
and if you get the confirmation letter to be converted as employee/consultant of co. then only difference would be that you ll get "employee" written in your experience certificate and salary certificate.
does that answer your question?????

Dear Ruchi,
Generally this is the policy of most co. to offer the candidates appointment letter with a precondition of Pro period of six months merely to judge the performance. There is a condition in case of non performance the co. cam terminate the candidate w/o any remuneration. After the succesful performance the co. is liable to confirm the services. If it is not done than you are deemed to be confirmed. Generally notice period starts after confirmation. If the conditions are not there you can leave the company giving them a short notice e.g one week or as your service conditions says.

Dear Ruchi,
First of all you don't need an confirmation letter to join another company. You should carry the appointment letter along with the relieving letter, experience letter, Salary slips etc. These would be more than enough for any employer.
Again your friend don't need an confirmation letter as any employee who works in an organization for a year will automatically treated as an permanent employee in spite of a confirmation letter issued from the company. I don't exactly remember the no of days however I believe it is 240 working days in an organization.
