How Do You Draft an Appointment Letter for a Commission-Based Marketing Head?

Dear All,

We have appointed a senior person as the marketing head, and he is to be paid only commission on the sales generated by him. Please advise, will he be issued a normal appointment letter or is there any specific format for this purpose? If anyone has a similar format, please forward it.

We have appointed an operations manager who is to be paid a salary of Rs. xxxxx and a commission of Rs. yyyyyyy for each sale generated by him. I require an appointment cum agreement letter for him. If anyone has a similar format, please forward it to india299@gmail.com.
